For sure you had needed at least once characters like “ǎ", “ş" , "L", "Ÿ" or "Ũ" to write different things. So Microsoft has a table which contains all of these characters. You can find this table at START->All programs->Accessories->System tools->Character map.
Preview: ![]() Now you will see the table I have been telling you about and it looks like this: ![]() As you see the diacrtitic is O and the key combination is showed in the bottom right: Keystroke:Alt+0213 which means you can type holding down the “Alt” key and typing 0213. To copy a character from the table you use the “drag & drop” option. Attention!!! Not all the characters have a key combination, just the most important ones. I hope this option will be useful to you.
