O urci prin FTP in wp-content->themes si din admin panel o selectezi la categoria Design (daca ai Wordpress 2.5)

pe wordpress.com nu poti uploada teme...din cate stiu iti cere ceva bani daca nu ma insel
in schimb poti schimba imagini din teme....la tema default poti schimba bannerul
daca vrei sa iti pui o tema propriu...trebuie sa iti instalezi wordpressul pe un host ce suporta php and mysql...
